How Are You Free?
Inpleo offers enterprises an unique solution. We provide the software, design, implementation, support, and updates for free in exchange for shared data. Firms can designate what they would like to share, whether it’s surface data or a whole system chain. We utilize this data to provide greater service to all our clients, going by the motto, “A rising tide raises all ships”.
Can Inpleo See Our Data?
Not if you don’t want us to. The PleoAI can be configured to work as a double-blind system, meaning that Inpleo cannot see the inflow of raw data nor the outflow of processed data. Our clients opt to share the data for Inpleo to see certain sets however, however, since open data sets are what allows for maximum performance as the core pool grows.
Does Inpleo Sell Data?
Inpleo sells processed data in the case that the origin of data has given us permission to do so. This means that data that has been processed, anonymized, and run through processing algorithms may be sold. For example, let’s say manufacturing Clients A, B, and C from the New England region shared their travel data with us. We may sell a data package to third parties that displays the following: the manufacturing industry in the New England region had total travel expenses of some amount — No names, no reverse engineering possible, simple insights.

What kinds of Procurement Options do you Offer?
We offer five different modes of auctions through our platform, namely reverse and Dutch auction modes. How do you vet vendors for the Procurement system?
We utilize your current pre-vetted list of vendors, and cross-reference them with other clients in your industry. If another firm with industry standard security requirements has vetted a vendor you currently don’t have, we re-verify and add to the vendor pool. Brand new vendors have a stringent 6-week process of verification before they can be added to the vendor list, often times requiring multiple references from banks and other creditors.
What's your Security Protocol?
Inpleo offers an end-to-end 256-bit security encryption. The servers are all ISO compliant and housed in secure buildings provided by reputable third-parties such as Microsoft and Amazon.
Does Inpleo EXR offer out of the box metrics?
Inpleo EXR offers complimentary metrics requiring no customization. If you have your own metrics that you would like plugged into our PleoAI, we build those to your requirements and test them. We also have in-house and partner consulting that can help you define new sets of metrics from the new insights provided by our artificial intelligence..
Can I use Inpleo EXR without APIs from our vendors?
Yes. However, Inpleo EXR live reporting only works with APIs. Most credit card issuers and corporate vendors have existing APIs that we can plug in for you; in the case that you would not like to have any APIs, you can utilize Inpleo EXR without them.
